COACHELLA 2013

Yup! Booked my flight from JFK to LAX already, and buying (hopefully tomorrow!) my ticket to Coachella. (The first & best weekend of it - April 12th till the 14th).  I've been wanting to go to Coachella since forever, and really can't wait to go with my bff in Cali and a couple of her friends.  Gonna be the sickest trip ever.  I can't wait to start shopping for it.  Here are some inspirational pix and the insane lineup:

This week I bought these super cute Jeffrey Campbell Everly boot(ies?) from the Piperlime store in Soho this week:

I've been searching for the perfect pair and am really loving the cut outs in these.  Inspiration, Haider Ackermann boots, worn by Vogue Australia's fashion director Christine Centenera:

                                                          

I love how the Jeffrey Campbell ones I got are season-transitional, too.  I'll definitely be sporting them well into the spring season.  I also checked out the sale at Urban Outfitters and found this cute Deter Camo Pocket Crew Sweatshirt in the mens sale section:

The UO site says $29.99, but I got it for $19.99 originally $54.  Can't wait to wear it with leather leggings or skinnies.  Such a steal, who knew!

Weekend

I am so ready for this weekend!  Time to relax and have fun.  Tonight is a wine & cheese party with me, myself, and I.  Tomorrow I'm running errands during the day, then heading to Jersey City to have dinner/watch the Ranger game with the boyfriend, then we're going out in the city (Manhattan) for my friend Steph's birthday.  I cannot wait!

Summer Ready in January

NYC Weather: Bitterly cold with 1-2 inches of snow this afternoon.

Weekend: Sunny and cold.

BRRRRR: Cold snap is expected to break on Mon/Tues with temps in the 40s. 

Makes me want to fly to Australia where they're baking in the summer sun.
